Your account balance is printed on your ARC payment receipt and may change as new charges and payments are posted.

After Hours Fee
All office visits after 5:00pm Monday – Friday and all weekend and holiday visits include an office visit fee plus a $30 After Hours fee that some insurance plans cover. If your insurance plan does not cover the After Hours fee, we will send a billing statement for your review and payment.
