COVID-19 Curbside Testing Instructions

When you arrive for your COVID-19 test, please pull into one of the 4 designated parking spots on the side of the building, rather than driving to the back of the building. Text the phone number listed on the sign and a nurse or MA will then come out to your car to do the test.
